Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Control Haus services, products, and website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Control Haus services including smart home installation, networking solutions, security systems, and audio-video installations.

Services

Control Haus provides smart home automation solutions including but not limited to: • Smart control and retrofit automation modules • Security and surveillance system installation • Networking and WiFi infrastructure setup • Audio and video system integration • Consultation and design services • Installation and configuration • Maintenance and support services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

Warranties and Guarantees

Product Warranty: All Control Haus products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Installation Warranty: Our installation services are backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. If any installation-related issues arise within this period, we will rectify them at no additional cost. Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Extended Warranties: Additional warranty options and annual maintenance contracts are available for purchase.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: • Control Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products. • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. • We are not responsible for third-party product failures, internet connectivity issues beyond our installation scope, or damages caused by power fluctuations or electrical issues in your property. • We recommend maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for your smart home systems.

Additional Terms

Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the agreed schedule in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refunds

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. For product orders, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Custom installations may be subject to restocking fees. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Control Haus website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when using our services, maintain the security of any access credentials provided, use our products and services in compliance with applicable laws, and notify us promptly of any issues or unauthorized access to your systems.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
